Ventura County “Think Again”
Prevention Campaign
“Think Again” is a public awareness campaign developed for Ventura County to address the growing dangers of fentanyl use. The objective was to deliver a clear, urgent message that would resonate with the community—encouraging individuals to become informed, stay aware, and ultimately help prevent overdose-related deaths.
By grounding the messaging in Ventura County–specific data, the campaign creates a stronger emotional connection and sense of relevance for its audience.
My role focused on creating assets that could communicate urgency while remaining accessible and easy to understand across a wide audience.
The visual approach emphasizes bold typography, real hot spots on the map of Ventura County, and clear messaging to capture attention quickly. Localized statistics are integrated into the design to reinforce credibility and immediacy, encouraging viewers to pause and reconsider their assumptions.
The result is a cohesive and impactful public awareness campaign that uses direct messaging and locally relevant data to drive engagement and education. “Think Again” effectively transforms a complex and urgent issue into a clear, memorable call to action—empowering the community with the awareness needed to help save lives.
