Lead Remediation

Los Angeles Department of Public Health

The Lead-Free Homes initiative focuses on educating underserved communities about the dangers of lead exposure and providing access to free remediation services. Targeting households built before the 1970s—particularly those with young children or pregnant women—the campaign aims to raise awareness, increase participation, and promote healthier living environments.

I developed a cohesive visual system that ensured consistency across all formats while allowing flexibility for different applications and distribution points.

The result is a cohesive and scalable set of communication tools that make critical health information accessible and actionable. By combining thoughtful design with clear messaging, the campaign supports increased awareness and participation—helping families create safer, lead-free homes and healthier futures.
